Description
Rick Planning + Design, is working with the Frederick community, including the Town and various stakeholders, to develop a new Frederick Comprehensive Plan and Downtown Plan. This plan will outline the roadmap for how Frederick will grow and evolve over the next 10 to 20 years. Also completing a Downtown Plan, which will help shape the future of the downtown district in Frederick.
