Nxt Gen Plumbing, founded in 2022 by Joshua Kuzmina, is a plumbing company driven by a passion for the trade and a commitment to serving others. Joshua, the CEO and Master Plumber of Nxt Gen Plumbing, has an impressive background in the plumbing industry and a strong desire to create a company that embodies excellence, professionalism, and a dedication to customer satisfaction.Eager to broaden his horizons and expand his knowledge, Joshua left Brothers Plumbing on good terms and joined MTech Mechanical Plumbing as a plumbing Foreman. This opportunity allowed him to work with one of the largest mechanical companies in Colorado and gain expertise in various areas. Joshua underwent safety training from OSHA, developed leadership skills, and specialized in commercial special projects plumbing. Notably, he obtained a certificate in Med Gas ASSE 6010 Medical Gas System Installers, showcasing his commitment to continuous learning and professional development. During his tenure at MTech Mechanical Plumbing, Joshua worked on prestigious projects for renowned clients such as the Stanley Hotel in Estes Park, D6 Schools, Ball Aerospace, Northrop Grumman, Loveland VA, Anschutz Medical, Waste Management's Company, and many others. These experiences instilled in him a deep sense of pride in delivering top-notch craftsmanship and providing plumbing solutions for a diverse range of clients and industries.Driven by his dream to build his own business and make a positive impact in the plumbing industry, Joshua founded Nxt Gen Plumbing in 2022.
